Gas leaks from process equipment and piping typically go undetected to the human eye. Amberg has invested in infrared technology to scan equipment and quickly detect leaks. Using other analytical equipment, these leaks can then be quantified and plans for repair can be made. In some jurisdictions, assessment of leaks in natural gas production is a regulatory requirement. Amberg also applies this technology to support post-turnaround facility start-ups. It’s a quick and economical way to be sure your facility is not leaking emissions and losing profits.
